Terms and Conditions
When booking a tour I require a 20% non refundable deposit to secure your tour dates. This deposit pays for accommodation in advance as well as booking ferry tickets. Full balance is payable 14 days prior to your first date of travel.
If a balance is remaining on a tour booking within the 14 days deadline of the first day of tour then I reserve the right to cancel the tour and retain the deposit.
However unlikely, I reserve the right to cancel a tour. In such cases clients will be promptly informed and offered a full refund.
If you have any delays and require a later start time on your first tour day, please make contact with me at the arranged start time and I can make changes to accommodate your situation.
Should you fail to meet with me within one hour of the arranged collection time on the first day of your tour without contacting me then I will regard this as you cancelling the tour and no refund will be given.
I am not responsible for any accidents/ injury which may occur at any of the sites you visit. Each site you visit will have their own health and safety policies designed for your comfort and safety whilst allowing you to enjoy your experience.
Clients must have appropriate and adequate travel insurance to cover death, personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, loss of or damage to luggage and contents of same and expenses associated with cancellation or curtailment of a tour.
In the event of client illness, then the relevant client must accept responsibility for any medical costs incurred and I shall not be liable to refund any part of the tour cost.
The group must at all times abide by my directions whilst in the car.
I must be notified in advance of clients’ which are suffering from any medical condition or are taking medication which is likely to interfere with their mobility and/or ability to fully participate in the agreed tour program.
I reserve the right to terminate a tour if, in my reasonable opinion the behaviour of a client or group is or is likely to be disruptive, dangerous or upsetting to other people or if such client or group have caused or are likely to cause damage to property. I will not pay any refund or costs incurred by a client in the event that a tour is terminated due to unacceptable behaviour.
Whenever possible, clients should promptly bring a complaint to my attention and I shall try to resolve any issues as quickly and amicably as possible.
I provide a private tour service which is exclusive to your group only. I do not add other groups to your tour, nor do I accept bookings for individuals joining together to make up numbers. My tours are not designed for split groups and your booking may be cancelled if I suspect that this is the case. Clients must accept that I have no control over other organisations that are encountered on a tour and that we can at times be at the mercy of the weather and road conditions arising to closures or lengthy diversions. I will make every effort to deliver a world class tour in the safest possible fashion.
